Senior Cost Analyst

 Compare actual to standard costs; perform analysis on variances; update bill of materials (BOMs) • Prepare/review cost estimates of new or proposed changes (engineering change notices) to products to establish or validate selling prices o Partner with program managers, engineering, procurement & plants to develop BOMs  Design and implement procedures for establishing product cost and controls • Prepare project-based cost, profitability and inventory analyses for plant and senior management  Responsible for standard cost management and review including annual standard cost roll, material costing, freight capitalization, intercompany costing and facility labor/overhead rate reviews • Develop and implement reports, tools and processes to drive system cost data reliability • Develop and im…
