Job Description Team Lead with ECT and oversee control testing program execution Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively Lead, guide and coach a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers in managing and completing the testing of controls for the assigned Testing Program. Build skills, competencies, and identify training needs to develop subject matter expertise in risk management and control evaluation activities. Demonstrate advanced level of risk management knowledge.
