Associate Director, Finance

Job Description Provide oversight of the financial accounting deliverables undertaken within Malaysia including, but not limited to, Financial Control, Accounts Payable, Performance Management, HO and Statutory Reporting. Manage the team to ensure all reporting are in line with RBC and statutory requirements, e.g. Standard of Documentation packages, SOX, GL attestation, local regulatory survey and declaration, and Finance and Tax submissions to home authorities. Manage the team to complete the year-end audit and ensure financial statements are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner Review the financial reports prepared and attend meetings set with various stakeholders for financial presentation.…
