Job Description What is the opportunity? Analyst level role on RBC’s CLO Origination team. What will you do? •Modeling Capital Structures including stress testing the structure against key rating agency models and Structuring of documentation with internal and external counsel •Conducting detailed portfolio scrubs on manager-provided model portfolios, extracting key risk, spread and concentration metrics to build investor-ready portfolio reports and inputs in the cash flow model •Assisting in pitching to CLO managers for new mandates.…
