Job Description What is the opportunity? The Junior Commission Data Specialist provides operational support to the Commission Coordinators in processing insurance commission statements within the WMFS database. The role serves as a backup for the Commission Coordinators during absences and vacations, and acts as a primary point of contact for commission-related inquiries across the organization. This includes answering questions on commission calculations, projections, amendments, and advances; liaising with life insurance company commission departments on chargebacks and inquiries; and maintaining database accuracy through licensing administration and reconciliation processes.…
