Job Description What is the Opportunity? Join RBC's Capital Markets Division as a Director in the Infrastructure Structuring – Advisory Team. Based in London, you'll act as a key component of our Structuring desk, focussed on legal documentation, complex deals and ensuring compliance with governance processes across all pillars of activity. This role demands agility, fast turnarounds, and the ability to manage multi-geography, multi-asset requests simultaneously. About Structuring Structuring is a global team split into five different locations: Singapore, London, New York and Toronto.
