About this role
Job Description What is the opportunity? You will be responsible for thought leadership, design, execution, reporting, oversight and evolution of the Operational Resilience Program for RBC’s Canadian Personal & Commercial Banking business. You will establish a framework for stakeholders to execute OSFI Operational Resiliency requirements (under Guideline E-21) and drive each phase of the program to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
