Job Description What is the opportunity? Join RBC's IT Change Management team as an Enterprise Change Enablement Manager and drive the modernization of our IT change processes. You'll balance tactical template management with strategic transformation, reviewing and approving Standard Change Templates while championing automation, agile frameworks, and capability investments. This role is pivotal in evolving IT Change Management into a streamlined, change enablement function that reduces operational toil and enables seamless execution.
