About this role

Job Description What is the opportunity? As part of a dynamic team at Phillips Hager & North Investment Services, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Investment Advisors who deal with mass affluent and high net worth clients. You will deal with client related issues including research, liaising with clients over the phone, by email and occasionally in person, as well as dealing closely with other departments to follow up on transfers, application forms and other necessary documentation.
