Job Description What is the opportunity? Lead and manage a team of HR professionals responsible for driving technology enablement, data quality, and capability development across the global Talent Cycle function. You will be responsible for defining and executing on the Data oversight strategy. Identify and implement opportunities to optimize Workday, SAP, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee data hygiene initiatives to maintain system integrity and support decision-making. Build organizational capability through the creation of comprehensive training materials and standard operating procedures.
