Job Description What is the opportunity? As the Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in the RBC Capital Markets Talent Acquisition (CMTA) team by leading strategic talent acquisition initiatives and leveraging data-driven talent insights. Partnering across the CMTA team, Business leaders, HRBPs and functional partners, you will contribute to the talent acquisition strategy to develop and deliver best-in-class sourcing approaches.
