About this role

Job Description What is the opportunity? Using deep knowledge and experience of RBC products, processes, services, systems and applications, the employee is responsible for successful decisioning of a high volume of Branch Outgoing Wires initiated within RBC Retail Branches. Supports the Manager with unit or LOB operational risk mitigation and operational soundness, including any significant risk opportunities or emerging trends that require immediate attention. Consistently acts upon continuous improvement activities and creates win-win situations to ensure a clear balance between the client experience and mitigation of operational/compliance risk with full alignment to EMPOWER2030 and our RBC Leadership Model.…
