Job Description RBC Real Estate Capital Partners RBC Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP) is a leading provider of debt capital to premier, institutional real estate sponsors. RECP’s mandate is to originate debt secured by stabilized and transitional assets across all major commercial real estate asset classes, in both single asset and portfolio investments. RECP acts as principal, deploying RBC Capital Markets’ balance sheet by originating senior mortgage, mezzanine, loan-on-loan, and revolving facilities. RECP focuses on core and major regional markets in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada.
