Job Description The RBC Wealth Management Generalist Program Are you ready to accelerate into a leadership role? The RBC Wealth Management Generalist Program is a unique rotational experience that positions you to become a senior leader in RBC Wealth Management. During this 2-year rotational program, you will gain an understanding of the day-to-day operations of several wealth management businesses and a high-level understanding of the entire RBC Wealth Management enterprise.
