Job Description Summary The North America Major Correctives Project Management Leader is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and execution excellence of the Major Correctives Project Management organization. This role directly leads Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators responsible for delivering Major Component Upgrades (MCU), Blade Repairs, Blade Retrofits, Main Bearing Exchanges, Event-Driven Correctives, Catastrophic Failures, Liftra-enabled projects, and transactional service work across North America.
