Job Description Summary Reporting to the Manufacturing Shop Operations manager (MSO), the Production Supervisor (PS) will be responsible for the operational performance of his/her hourly team. In this role, the production supervisor will help prepare and follow the daily operation schedule, meet day-to-day objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action by both short and long-term planning. Accountable for the performance of the production staff while ensuring business goals are met. Production supervisor will have direct reports.
