Real Pet Food Company is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery, governance and continuous improvement of payroll across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Remuneration & Benefits , you'll be our payroll subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time — while making sure our payroll systems, processes and pay rules remain compliant with our Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employer obligations.
