RealTruck Thailand is looking for a Customer Service Officer to manage customer orders from start to finish while ensuring outstanding service, accurate communication, and seamless coordination across our global supply chain.
This is more than a customer service role. You'll partner closely with Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and global Supply Chain teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and customer expectations are exceeded.
