Lead and manage the Warehouse function for RealTruck MX, ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective, and reliable warehouse operations aligned with business and supply chain objectives. Develop and execute warehouse strategies focused on operational excellence, inventory accuracy, capacity planning, material flow, space optimization, productivity, cost reduction, automation, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic leadership to warehouse teams and supervisors, establishing clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, audits, and applicable procedures.
