About this role
The Senior Design Engineer – Design to Value (DTV) will lead engineering initiatives focused on optimizing RealTruck’s existing product portfolio to reduce costs, improve manufacturability, enhance product quality, and maximize customer value. This role will apply advanced engineering expertise, Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE), and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles to identify and implement product design improvements. Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Continuous Improvement, the Senior Design Engineer will translate product optimization opportunities into measurable and sustainable business results.
