About this role
We The Shift Manager will assist the Production Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate fabrication and assembly operations to effectively and profitably produce superior quality products and ensure on-time delivery. This position will oversee a shift crew at the warehouse and will provide leadership to improve safety, housekeeping, product quality, process efficiency, and labor deployment. This role will be responsible for hiring decisions, and a range of other workforce management activities.
This is for 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3:30am with Friday's based on the Business needs.
