The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of distribution employees to achieve goals and maintain high standards of quality. This role will require a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication to drive team success. This position is in our Kitting Department on first shift, Tuesday thru Friday, 5 am to 3:30 pm.
