What will you do? As a Junior AI Engineer at Rebtel you are someone who has already shipped AI-powered products and wants to accelerate their growth in a fast-moving environment. This is not a research role. We want someone who can turn AI capabilities into business impact. You'll work closely with teams to build, deploy, and improve AI systems that create measurable value across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and production software development.
