Team Manager - Hospital to Home Team / Likewise Sheffield Location: The base location is Portland House, 243 Shalesmoor, Moorfields, Sheffield S3 8UG with the requirement to travel to 55 Wicker, Sheffield S3 8HT when needed Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £31,030 - £41,980 per annum (Dependent on skills and experience) Please note that the close date is subject to change depending on volume of applications received.
