About this role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build our marketing and customer engagement platform. In this role, you'll design and develop data-driven, customer-facing features and backend services that power real-time personalization, campaign delivery, and transaction support. Our stack is Ruby on Rails on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend — and we value engineers who lead with strong product instincts, deep technical judgment, and a pragmatic mindset. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys owning features end-to-end, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, and mentoring less-experienced teammates, with room to grow into broader technical leadership.…
