Job Summary The Security TAM for Lightwell serves as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert on Lightwell, while collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues. The Lightwell Security Technical Account Manager is the interface between our Lightwell customers and our engineering teams.. They are key in accelerating software development lifecycles and OS patching with Red Hat Consulting, mentoring customer teams on security best practices, contributing to knowledge bases, and building solution patterns.
