About this role

The Red Hat OSSM Kiali team is looking for an Intern with some Software Engineering and/or Quality Engineering knowledge to join us in our Brno office. Kiali is the open source observability console for Istio service mesh. In this role, you'll help build and test features across the Go backend and the React/TypeScript frontend, and explore an area we're actively growing: AI integrations and agentic workflows for mesh troubleshooting. This long-term internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with open source development, Kubernetes technologies, automated testing, and applied AI, while learning how an upstream-first engineering team ships software.…
