About the role: The Red Hat Partner Engagement Experience team is looking for a Program Operations Analyst with experience in managing business processes and driving scalable automations for internal workflows. In this role, you will work globally with the PEX Program and GEO Expert teams, as well as key organizations like IT Partner Relationship Management. You'll have the opportunity to drive program enhancements and automation to continuously improve the program. What you will do: Drive implementation of internal business processes to support the scaling of the Red Hat Partner Program and incentives.
