About the Job: The Phased Gates Team (PGT) is the engineering heart of Red Hat's proactive support strategy. Our vision is to be the technical "Supportability Intelligence Center of Excellence" for the entire company. We are building the "Supportability Intelligence Platform"—the core service that provides our expert rules and AI-driven insights to all of Red Hat's in-product health and AI initiatives. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role. You will be the "Product Owner" for this new "Supportability Intelligence Platform." You will be responsible for defining its vision, managing its roadmap, and guiding the engineering team (our Phased Gates Architects) to build a scalable, reliable, and powerful service.…
