Position Summary The Director, Finance Shared Services leads the company's transactional finance operations — Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll — across Red River's multiple entities. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role owns the operating budget for the finance shared services function and is accountable for accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and continuous improvement across all four functions. Team Leadership & People Management Leads a team of approximately 15 employees across Accounts Receivable/Billing, Accounts Payable, and Payroll, including 4–5 direct reports.
