Red Sky is a venture builder. We conceptualize digital companies and bring them to life—but a startup is only as good as its leadership. We are looking for an Executive Recruiter who specializes in identifying, attracting, and closing elite C-level talent (CEO, CTO, CPO, Co-founders) capable of taking a startup from seed stage to global scale. This is a high-impact, highly autonomous role where you act as Red Sky's internal boutique executive search firm.
