About this role

This is a remote, part-time contract position based in the United States. Lonely Planet is looking to hire a Part-Time Customer Service Associate for the upcoming holiday season. The Lonely Planet Customer Service Associate is responsible for liaising with Lonely Planet customers to provide up-to-date and informative product information to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
