About this role
This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

The Associate Benefits Partner supports the delivery of core benefits operations through accurate data management, standardized process execution, and timely employee and stakeholder support. This person will ensure compliant, high-quality administration across health, welfare, and retirement programs.
What You’ll Do:
Execute day-to-day benefits processes: enrollments, qualifying life events, dependent verification, status changes, terminations, COBRA administration, and eligibility updates.…
