About this role

*This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting growth within the RV Home Energy business. This role will drive alignment across engineering, product, and creative teams while owning execution of large, multi-team initiatives from ideation through launch. You will be responsible for delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and proactive risk management across multiple workstreams.
