About this role
Redwood Credit Union is looking for a talented Auto Sales Assistant who will performs a wide variety of semi- routine administrative support duties requiring the use of independent judgment, analysis, and detailed knowledge to assist members in the purchase of a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
o Greet Members and answers incoming telephone calls.
o Call Members referred to the RCU Auto Services by branch, member service center or other referrals to set appointments or sell vehicles.
Clerical Support:
o Assist Auto Sales Manager with completion of monthly reports and other tasks as needed.
o Controls, creates, and submits invoices for payment for repairs, smog certifications and other reconditioning items on repossessed vehicles.…
