The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter who can partner closely with our in house recruiters to help define what “great” actually looks like as our team scales. Many of the profiles we’re hiring for aren’t fully formed yet — they require context, judgment, and an ability to translate business needs into real people, not keyword matches.
Your first few months will primarily be supporting GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience), but shortly you will also support technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design), depending on business needs. This is a hands on role in a fast moving startup environment, ideal for someone who enjoys ambiguity, iteration, and building strong pipelines from scratch.…
