Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Position Summary Lead the plant-level Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process for PSI. Translate the financial sales plan and customer demand into one buildable, capacity-aligned operating plan expressed in units, earned hours, material requirements, supplier and OSP capacity, inventory, and resource needs. Drive cross-functional readiness across Operations, Materials, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and outside processing to support customer commitments and profitable growth.
