Senior Manager Resource Management

Build our future together: Senior Manager, Resource Management (RM) partners with multiple functions in Research and Preclinical Development (RpD) functional resource liaisons to assess capacity, workload and resource information, to proactively plan and allocate resources, identify potential resource gaps and propose solutions. To be successful, the RM will need to have an in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical development, pharmaceutical discovery, pre-clinical development, research and early development functional roles, responsibilities and work effort.
