ROLE OVERVIEW
Buscamos un Recruiter para unirse a nuestro equipo de Freelancers Externos y apoyar en el proceso de adquisición de talento. Será responsable de realizar entrevistas preliminares y gestionar la base de datos de candidatos.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
· Búsqueda activa de candidatos: Utilizar diversas estrategias y plataformas para identificar y atraer talento.
· Entrevistas y evaluación de candidatos: Realizar entrevistas preliminares para evaluar experiencia y habilidades.
· Gestión de base de datos de candidatos: Mantener y actualizar información sobre candidatos actuales y potenciales para futuras oportunidades.
REQUISITOS:
· Experiencia de +2 años como recruiter.
