EMT 6625 Reid EMS Ambulance Schedule: Day Shift. 36 hours weekly. 11:00a-11:00p. Richmond location. About the Position The EMT-Basic provides basic life support, including medical evaluation, treatment and stabilization of the ill and injured in the prehospital setting. Supports existing health services; provides integrated health services in partnership with other health professionals; extends access to health services delivery in the prehospital setting; and performs other duties as required. Overview of Responsibilities Performs all primary job responsibilities listed for EMT-Basic scope of practice as approved by the Indiana EMS Commission and any additional skills approved by the Reid Health EMS Medical Director.
