Pharmacist 7300 Pharmacy Schedule: 40 hours a week. Variable - Sunday to Saturday, generally 8-hour shifts, One weekend per month, Shift schedule and times vary. About the Position The Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective use of medication throughout the health system. Overview of Responsibilities Reviews and interprets provider orders and performs clinical checking Communicates clinical concerns such as allergies, drug interactions, side effects, and min/max warnings to providers Monitors patient medication therapies and provides interventions Approves all medications and IV’s before they are dispensed.
