Phlebotomy Technician Schedule: Night Shift: 36 hours per week, 3-12 hour shifts, 1600-0430. Rotating holidays and weekends. Required to pick up 2-4hour on call shifts per week. About the Position Medical professionals who work within a clinical laboratory, collecting blood and samples from patients and adequately identifying, labeling, and maintaining their preanalytical integrity prior to laboratory testing. Overview of Responsibilities Properly identifies patient by asking their first and last name and date of birth and comparing to orders provided.
