About this role
The Opportunity:
As Corporate Counsel, you will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel and will support and lead a wide range of responsibilities on a dynamic legal team. You will provide counsel on various corporate matters, including SEC reporting, corporate governance, public disclosure, financing, risk management and a variety of other legal and business issues. You will also partner closely with our clinical development team to support the rapid initiation and execution of clinical trials across Relay Tx’s portfolio.
Your Role:
You will support compliance with SEC and NASDAQ rules and regulations, including filing 10-Ks/Qs, 8-Ks, Section 16 filings, the proxy statement and registration statements.…
