Bei uns verdienst du daran, dass sie besitzen. Wichtig vorab: Das ist keine Bestandsbetreuung. Du gewinnst neue Mandate für unsere Verwaltung, führst deine eigene Pipeline und bringst Deals bis zur Unterschrift. Neue Mandate gewinnen. Private Bestandshalter, dazu Family Offices, Asset Manager und institutionelle Eigentümer. Du bist aktiver Netzwerker und Dinge wie Direktansprache, Branchenevents und Empfehlungen liegen dir. Multiplikatoren systematisch pflegen. Zinshausmakler, Finanzierer, Steuerberater, Bauträger. Du weißt, wie lange diese Beziehungen brauchen, bis sie tragen.…
