The role makes sure each vertical program has shared objectives, a clear timeline, named accountability and transparent status, risks and outcomes, and that progress is reported clearly to broader and senior stakeholders. Current priority verticals are Biopharma, Chemicals & Materials, Semiconductors & Electronics, and Energy & Vehicles. Priorities will shift as the market and business evolve, and the role is expected to flex with them.
