Purpose of the Job A Senior Journal Manager (JM) is responsible for independently managing the end-to-end operational process of journal publication. You will delight authors and reviewers on your journal portfolio, optimizing journal system configurations and workflows to maximize customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain excellent relationships with journal contacts, and actively contribute to a collaborative, dynamic Journal Operations team.
