About the role The Professional Services Consultant is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for delivering Financial Crime Compliance solutions to customers across EMEA. Based in Dubai, the role combines technical implementation, functional analysis and stakeholder management , supporting customer engagements from planning and configuration through testing, training and successful handover. Responsibilities Customer & Stakeholder Management Manage customer engagement across assigned projects, including expectations, risks, dependencies and escalations.
