Remarcable is seeking a Manager, Business Development to lead our Business Development Representative (BDR) team as we scale our go‑to‑market motion in the construction technology space.
Selling into construction is different — it requires curiosity, grit, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear business value. In this role, you will help a team of BDRs confidently engage contractors and construction leaders, generate high‑quality pipeline, and serve as the foundation of our revenue engine.
This role is ideal for a manager who thrives on coaching, developing early‑career sales talent, and bringing structure and consistency to outbound execution in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
