About this role

Deine Aufgaben PEOPLE & CULTURE: Du agierst als Ansprechpartner*in für alle relevanten HR-Themen im Umfeld der Remazing Group. Schwerpunktmäßig betreust du innerhalb unseres P&C Teams unsere Entities Remazing Core und Remazing Nova, wobei du sowohl national als auch international arbeitest. Dabei kooperierst du eng mit der Geschäftsführung, den Team Leads sowie unseren Mitarbeitenden. RECRUITING: Du verantwortest den Recruitingprozess für bestimmte Positionen – vom Bewerbungsscreening über die Prozesskoordination und Durchführung von Interviews bis hin zur Angebotsvermittlung. Aktives Sourcing über (Business-)Netzwerke gehört dabei ebenso dazu wie eine exzellente Candidate Journey in jeder Phase.…
