Job Description: About the position This is a role spanning procurement projects, analytics, and process improvement. The Specialist II helps run procurement initiatives end to end, turns spend data into insight, and improves how the team works through best practices and AI. That work sits on a solid operational foundation. Day to day, the role supports Purchase Order and contract workflow creation and maintenance throughout the year, coordinating and aligning stakeholder budgetary amounts into Purchase Orders, placing new orders on time, and engaging with Accounts Payable to keep the process running smoothly.
